A little more clarity.
What counts as a processing minute?
We count the source recording when AI processing begins, rounded up to whole minutes. This includes a failed attempt. Retrying the same failed job does not count the source minutes again.
Do edits and downloads use minutes?
No. Editing, re-rendering and downloading your clips are included. Only source processing uses minutes. Short queue and repeat-render limits keep processing available; if you reach one, wait and try again.
Does the free allowance renew?
The free allowance is provided once. It does not renew each month. Available subscriptions have their own billing periods and allowances.
What happens to an existing watermarked export?
An export keeps the branding it had when it was requested. Upgrading does not rewrite existing files. Create a new export under an eligible paid plan to remove the DirectorsCut watermark.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Open Account & billing to choose a plan. Paid upgrades take effect after payment is confirmed. A scheduled downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period; review the date and total before confirming in billing. Used processing minutes do not reset when you upgrade within the same period.
